March 13, 2022 Brunch - Scrambled Eggs with spinach, salmon, and flounder. Snack - Herring, cheese, and peanut butter and honey sandwiches,  Dinner - PPI Crab, corn, and asparagus Soup with a Cheese Sandwich

Today the time sprang forward and suddenly all our clocks registered the correct time.

I woke up at 9:00 instead of 8:00.

Around 10:30 Suzette scrambled eggs with some of the PPI Teriyaki grilled salmon, some potato chunkand spinach.  I drank water and Suzette made her obligatory Sunday Bloody Mary.

I watched the news programs and Leicester loss to Arsenal until 12:30.

Suzette was on a roll again today.  Yesterday she cleaned the garage.  Today she worked in her office and spray painted a table and some shutters in the cleared out garage.

I worked on my brief in the afternoon until 3:30 when I made a goat cheese sandwich, a herring sandwich and two peanut butter and honey sandwiches with the lovely sunflower bread Suzette bought at Bosque Bakery.

Then at 6:30 we went for a 1/2 mile walk.

When returned Suzette was hungry so she heated the PPI crab, corn, and asparagus soup.  I sliced slices of Manchego cheese and Suzette fetched the loaf of Kommisarbrod. She buttered two sides and smeared blue cheese mustard and Mayo on two sides.  She lay slices of cheese between the mustard and Mayo sides and toasted the buttered outsides to a golden brown for a lovely grilled cheese sandwich.

I opened the bottle of 2020 Cotes du Gascogne Sauvignon Blanc and poured glasses.  The dry white wine was perfect with the dinner, dry, with a fair amount of citrus flavor.

After dinner we watched two more episodes of The Last Kingdom on Netflix.

We went to bed at 10:30 day light savings time.

Bon Appetit
