December 7, 2022 Lunch - Costco Hot Dog Dinner - PPI Enchiladas, tamale, and refried Black beans
I ate a blueberry bar on the way to my doctor’s appointment at 10:00 while Suzette drove.
We met with the doctor and then I took a diabetic eye exam and around 11:30 we drove to Costco and ate hotdogs for lunch and then shopped. We went a little crazy, buying lots of things to replenish the larder such as popcorn, granola, chicken thighs, lamb chops, Rock fish, asparagus, spinach, fig bars, prepared lamb shanks, pot stickers, Parmesan cheese, Stilton cheese, and lobster ravioli. Suzette also bought new lamb skin shoes.
We then drove home and ate early around 6:00 by heating the PPI Enchiladas, tamale, and refried Black beans left from last night’s dinner.
TV is dismal on Wednesday evenings so we went to bed early and got a good night’s sleep.
