July 25, 2023 Lunch - PPI Casarecce Pasta with Ricotta, Kale, and cream Sauce. Dinner - Stir fried Eggplant, Pork, beech mushrooms, and onions with Rice


I ate Gravad lax on toasted slices of bagel with slices of red onion, cream cheese, and capers again today for breakfast after walking around the block.




I then showered and dressed and had an appointment with a client to sign papers and then drove to the new County building at Fifth and Silver and filed a document and then met with another client to give them the filed papers for their transaction.  


It was 11:00 and I was hungry again but I had to coordinate the activities of Cory who came to find the water leak, which he found.  After I paid him I was really hungry and decided to make a quick lunch by heating some of the PPI Casarecce Pasta with Ricotta, Kale, and cream Sauce from last night’s dinner.




That satisfied my hunger until Suzette came home hungry at 5:30.


I had cooked a cup of rice at 4:20 and it was ready 4:50 so it was still quite warm and we again decided to made a quick dinner by heating a pile of the rice covered by spoonfuls of the PPI Stir fried Eggplant, Pork, beech mushrooms, and onions we made two nights ago.




So today hunger drove the three meals by expediency to satisfy that hunger.  Thank goodness we had wonderful PPIs.
