February 15, 2022 Breakfast - Southern Eggs, French Toast, Fruit salad, and Sautéed Hot Links. Dinner - Pho steamed Dumplings and Asparagus
We woke up and dressed and packed and went down to breakfast at 8:30.
Tom had to attend a meeting so Sue cooked today. She made the usually wonderful breakfast with a slight variation in the meat and toast and eggs. She made Southern eggs by utilizing the left over pork fat from the sautéed hot links to cook the eggs. Sue also made a very lovely French toast.
I did not eat seconds.
After breakfast we drove back to the Richmond airport. We returned the rental car and then walked about a mile to check our bags and then to the gate. Richmond airport has a floor of beautiful polished terrazzo. Apparently they do not want to ruin it by installing moving walkways as most other airports have done.
We flew to Denver and then waited several hours before flying to Albuquerque.
We arrived home at 7:30 and were able to watch the last 1/2 of Discovering Your Roots.
After it ended we made a small dinner. We steamed 10 asparagus and microwaved 12 pho beef stuffed dumplings.
After dinner we were tired and went to bed.
Bon Appetit
