February 12, 2025 Lunch - Cafe Istanbul. Dinner - Leftover Cajun BBQ shrimp with Dirty Rice
I ate a bowl of granola with milk, blueberries, and mango yogurt for breakfast. IT was delicious and I enjoyed the crunchy fibrous pumpkin seeds.
I worked until 11:00 and dressed and drove Suzette to Kaseman for her procedure. I drove to Cafe Istanbul where I met Aaron for lunch. I ordered a kibbeh platter but was served a gyro platter with salad, hummus, and a layer of slices of sautéed gyro meat on a bed of turmeric flavored rice. I also ordered tabouli and was served a dinner sized portion. Aaron ordered falafel to go and picked up several boxes of Turkish delight in the store area and left. I boxed the rest of the gyro platter and tabouli and read my book until Suzette called and I drove back to Kaseman to pick her up.
Suzette ate the food on the way home.
When we arrived at home Suzette lay down and I completed a form for stock dematerialization in India.
At 4:30 I meditated for 30 minutes and at 5:30 we drove to the Computer repair shop on Carlisle at I-40 and the CVS Pharmacy at the corner of San Mateo and Montgomery.
When we arrived home at 6:15 we watched the news and at 7:00 heated the leftover BBQ’d shrimp and Dirty Rice and split a Carlsberg for a wonderful dinner.
By dinner Suzette was feeling better.
After dinner I blogged and read my book.
Bon Appetit
