November 1, 2021 Lunch - Lax and bagel and Salami Sandwich Dinner - Steak, asparagus, mushroom, and Country Fried Potato
No breakfast today. At 12:30 I toasted a bagel cut into three slices and spread them with cream cheese and lay slices of red onion, and lax on two and on the third slice, slices of Iberico cheese and two slices of salami.
I drank a cup of Earl Grey tea.
I then worked and At 4:00 drove to the bank .
When I returned I did one more document before Suzette arrived around 4:45.
At 5:00 we walked to Kit Carson Park and back in the warm late afternoon sunshine.
When we returned home we started dinner which Was really easy because Suzette added whisked eggs to the PPI grilled steak and asparagus, Country fried potatoes, and mushrooms in a brown sauce and sautéed them until the egg solidified. Then she heated two flour tortillas and divided the egg mixture between the two tortillas.
I fetched two Dos Equis and we ate burritos and drank beer.
After we finished dinner Suzette made dessert by heating bowls of apple crisp and adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
We watched Antiques Roadshow and then the Kansas City v. Giants football game.
Suzette went to bed at 8:00 and I went to bed at 10:00.
