May 5, 2025 The first day back in the office. Lunch - Basil Leaf.  Dinner - Leftover red rice and chicken with Asparagus 

At 8:15 I sold shares in Palantir at Willy’s suggestion and shares of Nvidia. Willy said that Palantir seemed over priced and he was correct. As soon as it announced it earnings after the close, Palantir dropped $10.00 per share. I also sold NVDA above its closing price, but not by much in order to raise money for a Multilayer call.

I spent the rest of the morning going through mail, depositing checks, and I worked on one project

At 10:00 I drank a cup of tea with a heated chocolate croissant.

At noon I walked to the bank and deposited a check and set up two deposits.

At 1:00 when I returned I was hungry and heated the pork tamale I bought yesterday at El Super and ate it.

Then at 2:00 I drove to Basil Leaf at 1225 Eubank and met Aaron for lunch. Aaron ordered papaya salad with beef jerky and a pork sandwich. I ordered a bowl of Pho with rare beef.

I did not finish my pho so took some home for lunch tomorrow.

Aaron is doing a fabulous job of structuring the Earn business model. I have increased hope for its eminent success.

When I arrived home at 3:30 I talked to Suzette and watched the financial news.

Then Amy called and we talked to her for an hour until 6:00 when I decided we needed to go to Costco.

We drove to Costco where we bought pork tenderloins, lamb chops, spinach, mushrooms, detergent, granola, and Jarlsberg, brie, and Pecorino cheeses.

We arrived home around and watched two episodes of Antique Roadshow and I re-heated the red rice and chicken with five asparagus and a splash of port.

Later I drank another cup of tea with two slices of fruitcake.

We went to bed at 9:00, probably suffering from jet lag.
