January 11, 2024 Lunch - Leftover Happy Family and Cashew Chicken. Dinner - Fruit stuffed Pork Roast with Calabacitas and Couscous
I woke up at 8:00 and worked for an hour and then dressed.
At 11:30 Suzette heated two more of the leftover Chinese dishes from our Saturday night dinner at East Ocean, the happy family and Cashew Chicken with mostly stir fried vegetables. Later in the afternoon we both nibbled the last dish, Mongolian Beef, and I ate a few bites of tabouli.
Then at 5:45 Suzette made dinner while I was still working. She heated slices of stuffed pork, calabacitas, and couscous for yet another lovely dinner of PPI’s.
She opened a chilled bottle of Olarra Rioja Reserva red wine.
It was a cold blustery day as a cold front blew through p, so I was glad not to have to leave the house.
The market was in stasis again today with practically no movement in the indices, which was great because it meant that yesterday’s gain held.
