 March 5, 2025 Breakfast - herring and red onion on toasted whole wheat, Vietnamese noodle soup with Gyros and Pork sausage, Dinner - Cabbage Rolls 


I changed the game and went Dutch for breakfast with two toasted whole wheat slices spread With sour cream and garnished with thin slices of red onion and Pickled herring in wine sauce. I enjoyed a different style of food for breakfast for a change.




I worked until noon and then made Vietnamese noodle soup with The last 1/2 inch of Jimmie Dean pork sausage and the leftover slices of Gyros from our meal at Mazaya on Saturday night plus two baby bok Choy, and wheat and rice sticks plus red miso and a cube of pho seasoning.




Then I checked the market and itI was up a bit.


I worked until 4:00 and the walked rapidly to the bank to make a deposit and return by 4:30 to meditate. I returned at 4:27 in time to meditate until 5:00.


At 5:00 I started helping Suzette make cabbage rolls, a new dish for both of us.


Here is the recipe, which is rather complicated, but we made it and it was delicious.


I fetched a bottle of Riechard Riesling that was wonderful with the cabbage rolls.


After dinner we watched part of a Danish movie and the went to bed.
