April 22, 2026 Breakfast - Granola. Lunch - Leftover Chirashi. Dinner - Leftover Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna
I woke around 5:00 and started working on my pleading at 5:30 after I saw an early indication that today would be a good day in the market.
I worked until 7:24 and then watched the open at 7:30 and commentary until 8:00 and ate my usual bowl of granola with milk, blueberries and mango yogurt.
I them worked on my pleading until 11:30 when I took a walk around the block.
At 1:30 I made a cup of green tea, heated the sushi rice from yesterday’s chirashi, and poured some soy into a dipping bowl and cut up the large pieces of raw fish onto small bite-sized cubes.
I ate and drank tea until after 2:00 and watched the market close to a new high by the NASDAQ and S&P and my portfolio.
I meditated from 3:30 to 4:00 and then napped until 5:00.
Suzette came home hungry and I toasted and buttered three slices of baguette and garnished two them with slices of Leyden and one with goat cheese.
We then decided to blanch and sauté green beans and pinon nuts and serve them with squares of reheated Spinach and Mushroom lasagna.
This was one of the best lasagnas I have ever eaten because of the creamy Mornay sauce we used on each layer made with Tallegio cheese, so it was a joyous meal.
Later Aaron visited and we discussed some encouraging news about Earn.
We then attempted to watch A movie but decided to go to bed at 10:00 instead.
Today was another stellar day in the market for my portfolio. I loved it.
Bon Appetit
