March 4, 2026 Breakfast - Leftover Chicken and Potato Frittata Lunch - Chicken Salad Salad Dinner - PPI Grilled lamb chops, Asparagus with milk soaked baguette, Roasted Potatoes garnished with mint, and Tzatziki
I woke up sat 6:15 and drank a glass of hot lemon water as I watched the news and then squawk on the street while eating the wedge of leftover chicken frittata from Sunday brunch.
The Market bounced back today and my portfolio ended where it was two days ago.
For lunch I added a dressing to the undressed chicken salad combining Mayo, lemon juice, olive oil, labni, curry powder, and sour cream.
I then prepared a salad of romaine lettuce, a Roma tomato, a radish, minced red onion, and a large scoop of chicken salad that contained apple, chicken, cucumber, celery, raisins, and egg.
From 12:15 until 3:15 I watched PL soccer, including a very exciting match between Newcastle and Man Union that Newcastle won in added time by a new young striker’s stunning goal.
I then meditated from 3:30 to 4:00.
Then I walked to the bank to get documents notarized for my application for a dematerializing account in India.
When I returned Suzette made roasted potatoes with garlic and onion.
She also chopped and steamed asparagus and added torn bread soaked in milk and butter, a Lindemuth family favorite.
I fetched the leftover Tzatziki and Suzette heated two grilled lamb chops in the microwave for an easy dinner around 6:30.
The Tzatziki
We drank the small glasses leftover Chateauneuf de Pape and the Revuer Côtes du Rhône.
We watched TV news until 8:00 when she went to bed.
I stayed up to listen to the news and blogged until 9:30 when I went to bed with two cups of chai.
Bon Appetit
