June 10, 2025 Lunch - Napa Cabbage, spaghetti, and Pot Roast Dinner - Leftover Eggplant Parmesan with Spaghetti and Tomato Sauce
I woke up at 6:00 and watched the news. It was another day that turned from negative to positive in the Market. Trump is still trying to take control of Los Angeles with the Marines, but ultimately Mayor Bass established a curfew downtown to stop any possible provocation.
At 7:00 I drove to Presbyterian Hospital and had my blood drawn.
When I returned home I ate granola with tropical fruit salad and Mango yogurt.
I worked on a real estate closing for three hours and then talked to my client.
The Dalton repair man came and I helped him and listened to him explain what he did to repair the problem with the fridge, Essentially, a fan got frozen with ice and ceased to function. Let’s hope it is fully functional.
I the talked to Henry for a while and at 1:30 I prepared lunch. I chopped up some Napa cabbage leaves and lay them in the bottom of a pasta bowl. Then I lay some spinach on the spaghetti.
Finally, I put most of the PPI Pot Roast and all of the mushroom cream sauce on the Spaghetti and heated the bowl in the microwave.
I checked the market after lunch and was up .078%, thanks in large measure to NVDA going up $1.33 to $144.00.
I the lay down and napped until 4:00 when I watched Ari until 5:00
After watching some more L.A. footage until. 5:30 when I walked a mile in the neighborhood.
Suzette slept from 5:00 until 6:30 when she assembled dinner.
Dinner - Dinner was Egglant Parmigiana with Spaghetti and Tomato Sauce. It was more delicious tonight because the eggplant was softer and more integrated into the mozzarella and tomato sauce with its second cooking in the microwave.
I opened a bottle of Italian Cabernet Sauvignon from Tuscany named Santa Christina that was clean and tasty.
We enjoyed dinner and a bit of TV and then went bed.
Bon Appetit
