December 11, 2024 Lunch - Leftover Chili Rellenos and beans Dinner - Lamb stuffed Pita Sandwiches
I finally broke down today and made an appointment for hearing aids at Costco. Besides that it was a really good day in the Market with the NASDAQ up 374 points hitting and all time high and breaking through 20,000. Apple went down, to below where I sold I two days ago, but Nvda went up $4.28 and my portfolio went up a healthy 1.27%.
I also filed a motion in the LRG Adjudication.
I ate one of the Chocolate Croissants Aaron gave me for breakfast with a cup of chai. Then at noon I ate the rest of my chili relleno and beans from lunch yesterday at Padilla’s. I was even hotter today, so I switched from water to cola to balance the heat with sweetness.
I peddled a mile in the morning and at 1:30 walked around the block. It must have been 45 degrees, but I did not mind the cool weather and made it back home just after the close at 2:00.
Suzette came home around 6:00 and we decided to make pita sandwiches with some of the leftover lamb from the lamb stew. I heated pita pockets and we stuffed them with lettuce tomato slices, labni, tzatziki and lamb.

Suzette had not eaten lunch, so we each ate two pita pocket sandwiches.
We drank Carlsberg beer with the sandwiches and then watched a Christmas movie called “A Wild Christmas” starring Kristin Davis and Rob Lowe and a herd of elephants at a rescue facility for orphaned elephants.
We went to bed at 8:30 after watching Lawrence discuss the history of the FBI and Christopher Wray’s planned two year early resignation on January 2025, which opens the way for Trump to appoint Kash Patel as Director of the FBI. What could possibly wrong?
I ate a piece of pecan pie after dinner with a cup of chai at 7:45.
Bon Appetit
