We woke up around 8:30. I ate yogurt, granola, tropical fruit salad and milk for breakfast and we drove to Santa Fe at 10:00.
We drove directly to Stephen’s Consignment. I thought the shelves would be bare but we found three fabulous items. A Pablito Velarde sand painting of a koshari playing a drum, two cast iron frog candle sticks and a drop leaf cutting board table that should be perfect for Willy’s apartment.
After we loaded up, we drove the two blocks to India House restaurant for lunch. It is recently remodeled, there are lots of waiters and the food is good but a little bit more spicy than a Taj Mahal.
After lunch we drove up Canyon Road and stopped at Manitou Gallery and Zaplin-Lambert Gallery.
Then we drove to Shelby street to see the Pop up sale.
We tried to find a place to park on Gallisteo and could not, so we decided to drink a beer to help digest our spicy lunch instead of champagne. We stopped at Rowley Farmhouse.Brewery and drank a Belgium Pilsner and listened to the band around 2:30.

We then drovebto Restore it but found nothing more of interest so Suzette drovebus homevwhile I snoozed.
We were not hungry when we got home. Suzette rested for 1/2 hour and then decided to make banana nut bread and added, walnuts, crasins, and chopped apricots. It was a really delicious bread. I ate warm slices smeared with butter and jam with chai. Suzette ate several slices also, for a pleasant dinner.
Bon Appetit
