We had a piece of PPI salmon, so we decided to make fish
tacos. Suzette diced the salmon and pankoed it and deep fried it in about 1/3 inch of Canola oil, while I sliced up 1/3 of a head of cabbage and we slathered it with green goddess dressing to turn it into slaw. Suzette also shredded a piece of cucmber and sliced up tomatoes to make a fresh cucumber and tomato slaw. We drank beers with the tacos and enjoyed a simple dinner.
