September 8, 2012 Sautéed Salmon
I had bought a .8 lb. fresh salmon filet on sale at
Sunflower Market ($4.99/lb.).
We sliced it into three pieces and dusted it with rice flour
and salt and pepper and then sautéed it in olive oil. We ate it with PPI calabacitas with kale
added to it and drank a white wine.
